Jr.NTR’s latest film ‘Adhurs’ had everything what people expect from a mass entertainer. Directed by V V Vinayak, the film was produced by Vallabhaneni Vamsimohan on ‘Vaishnavi Arts’ banner. The film took almost two years to release since its inception and lot of things had happened including a freak accident which threatened Jr.NTR’s career. However, his energy hasn’t diminished a bit and he dazzled on screen in his dual roles. Nayanatara and Sheela played the lead roles opposite Jr.NTR in the film. Brahmanandam made his presence felt. The film narrates the story of Narasimha and Narasimha Chari, twins who are separated at birth and how their destinies intertwine after they grow up. The movie was released on Jan 13th and the Sankranthi season made sure the movie had bumper openings across the state. The film is currently at 1st position at the box office..
Advantages :-
Jr.NTR’s characterization as Narasimha Chari, his conversations with Brahmanandam and Brahmanandam’s comedy were the major highlights in the film. Also, Jr.NTR’s energy in dances and action sequences was amazing.
DisAdvantages :-
Lack of novelty in story, sub-standard visual effects and a weak climax.

Venkatesh-Trisha starrer ‘Namo Venkatesa’ is the duo’s second film together after ‘Adavari Matalaku Ardhale Veerule’. Directed by Srinu Vytla ‘Namo Venkatesa’, the film has been produced by Achanta Gopichand, Ram Achanta and Anil Sunkara on ’14 Reels Entertainment’ banner. Srinu Vytla’s own brand of comedy once again made sure that ‘Namo Venkatesa’ had a healthy dose of humour along with action, love and sentiment. Venkatesh’s comic timing was almost perfect in the film. The film’s about an ardent devotee of Lord Venkatesa named Venkata Ramana, a Ventriloquist by profession who’s on a quest to win over his dream girl. The film is currently at 2nd position at the box office.
Advantages :-
Venkatesh’s acting, scenes between Venkatesh and Trisha, Cinematography especially in the songs shot in Iceland.
DisAdvantages :-
Predictable screenplay and story. Trisha’s role is hardly given importance in the story.

Nitin, Hansika starrer ‘Seetha Ramula Kalyanam…Lanka lo’ is a typical film which falls in the genre of action-love entertainer with a factionism backdrop. Directed by Eshwar, the film has been produced by Malla Vijayaprasad on ‘Wellfare Group Creations’ banner. The film has been inspired from an episode of the epic Ramayana where Rama has to save Seetha from Lanka. The film narrates the story of Chandu and how he saved the love of his life, Nandhu from Veera Pratap, a factionist in Rayalaseema. Nitin’s dances and Hansika glamour were a revelation in the film, however in terms of storyline the film, the film tends on tread upon the tried and tested path. The film is currently at 5th position at the box office.
Advantages :-
Nitin’s performance and dances, Hansika’s glamour, Brahmanandam, Subbaraju, Ali and MS Narayana’s comedy.
Dis Advantages :-
Predictable storyline and screenplay. The first half of the film falls short of creating an impact.
