Nithin In Direction Of Goutham Menon
Young Hero Nitin has received a new lease of life with the super success of his film ‘Ishq’ and he has been signing up for some pretty big projects after that. The latest news is that he will be going a movie with ace director Gautham Menon. This film will go on to the sets from the 2nd week of June.
A new heroine is going to play the lead role in the movie. More details about this project will be available soon. Nitin is also going to be seen in a film with Shruti Haasan and Bellamkonda is producing that project. Way to go Nitin.
Wanted : Distributors for Damarukham
RR Movie Makers is in a spot of bother with Damarukam turning out to be an Over budgeted flick. The film was initially planned to be made on 30 Crores, but the latest estimates suggest that Damrukham will cost to the tune of over 40 Crores to get a final copy.
RR has Distribution set up in many areas of the state, but they are not planning to release the film on their own. When the producer plans an own release he survives on the Exhibitor Advances & Share guarantees. But, with Nagarjuna in a bad phase in his career and his Theatrical market being below 20 Crores, RR is losing sleep over the release of the film. They have to clear around 25 Crores finances before the release and that is highly impossible to achieve in advances.
So RR is planning to sell out Damarukam is all areas of the state and recently released some stills hoping to get some good business offers. But the response is very disappointing. With many other notable films set for July, Damarukham is fighting against heavy odds to get Distributors who are ready to shell out big bucks.
Aditya 369 sequal title name is aditya 999
A few days ago, we broke the exclusive news that Nandamuri Balakrishna’s path breaking 1991 film ‘Aditya 369′ will be having a sequel very soon and that Anushka might play the female lead opposite Balakrishna. While Anushka’s role is not yet confirmed, the name of the film has been finalized and sources say that the movie’s name is ‘Aditya 999′.
Singeetham Srinivasa Rao is the director of the movie and Vinod is the producer. Konda Krishnam Raju will be acting as the presenter of the film.Shooting will begin from August and pre-production work is currently going on now
