Congress:-UA: 8 - 15 seatsGodavari Dist.: 7 - 10 seatsDakshina coastal dists: 15 - 25 seatsRayalaseema: 20 - 25 seatsTelangana: 25 - 35 seatsSo congress will get from 75 - 110 seats.Congress final tally will be 100- at any cost.They will have support of 7 MIM MLA's. Still they require around 50 seats.

PRP:-UA: 10 - 15 seatsGodavari Dist.: 10 - 15 seatsDakshina coastal dists: 10 - 15 seatsRayalaseema: 5 - 10 seatsTelangana: 0 - 5 seatsSo PRP will get 35 - 60 seats. PRP final tally will be around 40 at any cost.If PRP gets 40 seats then without PRP no goverment will be formed.

So you can see congress chances are very less compared to TDP.
