Ram's Kandireega makes brisk progress

Ram's upcoming film Kandireega is being shot at a brisk pace. After Rama Rama Krishna Krishna, this is his first film. Santosh Srinivas is directing the film and Bellamkonda Suresh is producing it on Sri Sai Ganesh Productions' banner. Hansika Motwani is the heroine and it's her second film with Ram after Maska. Some actions were canned recently and a visibly elated Ram has been tweeting about the film ever since the shooting resumed after Sankranthi.
Kandireega is the third time that Chakri would be composing music for a Ram's film. In the past, he had composed tunes for Devdas and Maska which were both musical hits. If the title of the film is anything to go by, the Ram-Chakri's combo might weave the magic third time too. After this film, Ram would be acting in a Karunakaran's film. And in January, Guatham Menon had announced a bilingual film with Ram in lead role. 2011 couldn't have got on to a better star fro him!
